Bottle at Vienna tasting February 2016. Many thanks! On the first sight you can see this has at least a bit of carbonation. Aroma reveals some raspberry, and it also manifests in taste. However it is overall too dry and empty for me and the alcohol is kicking too much.

UPDATED: SEP 1, 2013 Dark auburn, no head. So soft now. Buckets of tayberry, ripples of Sharp sweetness. Tight tart slalom of moreish wisened malt and very trickly berry in the gaps. Finish is mouth of roof, cartoony panel beating back and forth. This had aged for its ABV better than any Abstrakt. One of my favourites of all time now, thanks for digging this out Craig.Big rusty amber body with boozy listless head.

Bottle, Brewdog Garvie Gauntlet

Bottle from Mane Liquor #423. Sinister black pour with a very dark tan head which quickly disappears leaving spotty lacing. Nose first up reminded me exactly of red skin lollies. Whisky and red skin note is very balanced. The berries add a light tartness to it which is sweet and appealing. Berries come through fantastically balanced in the taste. Light tart and sourness works superbly. Heavy chocolate, whisky and berries all balance well together. Really well made and polished stuff. Very enjoyable
