A complete surprise to find this waiting for me on my first visit to the Tate Modern in ’10. Immediately took it outside and drank it on the lawn. Probably would’ve benefited from a bit of a chill, but the grass and citrus suited the day. A bit of residual spicing as well. Maybe vanilla.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Complex aroma of fruit and berries, herbs and pepper. Dry and fruity flavour with notes of wine, berries and wood

Bottle @ Chris O. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy yeasty aroma with hints of citrus. Fruity malty spicy yeasy citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty warming finish.

(Bottle at Chris & Ruth, huge thanks) Very seldom I get to taste so spicy brew - or not spicy but so strongly flavoured. The main flavour was some sour berry, its flavour was somewhere between lingoberry and cranberry. The beer isn’t among the best ones BrewDog has produced but nevertheless a nice experiment.

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours cloudy amber with a small creamy white head. Peppery and spicy. Grassy flavor with a hint of vanilla. Medium bodied. Differently spiced than your regular Belgium Saison. Dry end.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear amber - white head. Medium malty, toasted notes, spicy, yeasty, peppery, roasted notes, ight light hoppy. A bit boring.

Clear orange coloured with a medium sized off-white head.
Fruity aroma of spices, ginger with notes of caramel.
Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel, butter and ginger.
Spicy finish.

On tap at The Rake. Copper colour thin off white head. Spice, almost ginger aroma. Clean in mouth. Bit fizzy like lemonade. Ginger fizz shandy. Not their best.

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Aroma had toasted malt, caramel, fruity and spicy notes. Flavor had tea, toasted malt, caramel and spicy notes. Finished dry.
