Intergalactic Fantastic Oak Aged Stout
The irony of existentialism, the parody of being and the inherent contradictions of post-modernism, all so delicately conveyed by the blocky, pixelated arcade action have all been painstakingly recreated in this bottles contents.

This imperial stout is brewed with copious amounts of speciality malts, jasmine and cranberries. After fermentation we then dry-hop this killer stout with a bucketload of our favourite hops before carefully ageing the beer on French toasted oak chips.

It is all about moderation. Everything in moderation, including moderation itself. What logically follows is that you must, from time, have excess. This beer is for those times.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Black colored brew with an abv of 16,5%. Warming in the mouth and an sweet bitter taste. Hints of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, liquorice and many more. Very easy drinkable Imperial Stout, use caution.

Draught. Pours pitch black with a moderately lasting beige head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, dark fruits, a bit rubbery. Taste is of chocolate, liquorice, dark fruits, strong notes of alcohol on the finish. Oily sticky mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Alcohol a bit too noticeable here.

Bottle, Systembolaget Lund. Black black black with the faintest reddish tinge. A surprisingly big head, though it recedes quickly. Man, this beer is alive! On the nose wafts of vanilla, spices, dried figs: imperial stout stuff. Yet it's all surprisingly (that word again) restrained. The palate is hefty, as you would expect, but the viscousness makes it (promise won't use that word again) so easy to drink. Oh boy, beware that 16.5% ... Truly top dog stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This beer is so black and flat you could mistake it for vinegar. I say that in a good way. This beer had full flavor and at 18.2% watch your butt! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma: spice, licorice, jasmine, herb, cough syrup, milk, cocoa, chilli, coffee, cherry, liquor, oak, vanilla, red fruit; Appearance: dark brown, vanishing frothy head; Taste: intense sweetness, intense bitterness, medium sourness; Palate: average carbonation, bitter finish, medium body, thick texture Boozy, with plenty of alcoholic warmth, aromatic, hop-loaded, slightly too fizzy. Oak is hard to notice. If not for the bitter kick, the sweetness would be unbearable.

Bottle; pours very dark brown with a thin mocha ring around the edge of the glass; aroma is chocolate, vanilla, and roasted malt with hints of oak and dark fruits; taste is rich with licorice, roasted malts, and dark fruits with hints of oak, vanilla, and chocolate; finish is dry and light bitter with some alcohol warming; delicious beer

Wow! One of the biggest beers I’ve ever had, but there is a shocking smoothness too it. Some alcohol warmth, oak, bitter chocolate, dark strong coffee, some dark fruits (berries), vanilla. Big thick mouthfeel, slick on the tongue. Pitch black pour with sticky oil cocoa colored head. Glad to have tried this beer.

Deep black body with ring tan head. Aroma has a balanced woody character, alcohol notes, dried plums, forest fruit. Some roastiness, but mostly overwhelmed by the berry-like fruit jam. Taste has high roasty bitterness upfront with complex sweetness coming in next, strawberries, blackberries, plums. Body is oily, heavy, full, low carbonation.
