Intergalactic Fantastic Oak Aged Stout
The irony of existentialism, the parody of being and the inherent contradictions of post-modernism, all so delicately conveyed by the blocky, pixelated arcade action have all been painstakingly recreated in this bottles contents.

This imperial stout is brewed with copious amounts of speciality malts, jasmine and cranberries. After fermentation we then dry-hop this killer stout with a bucketload of our favourite hops before carefully ageing the beer on French toasted oak chips.

It is all about moderation. Everything in moderation, including moderation itself. What logically follows is that you must, from time, have excess. This beer is for those times.

Batch 907 served in snifter Appearance - bark brown color with little to none rapidly diminishing head. Smell - very sweet vanilla oak scents, from the oak barrel aging. Honey and booze. Taste - much like the smell, with the exemption of some slight cherry tartness. Mouthfeel - light bodied with almost no carbonation. Slight lingering of sweet vanilla. Overall - I liked and would recommend for sweet vanilla oak ale seekers. Reminded me of Hebrew Funky Jewbelation.

Bottle from Brewdog. Pours black with a single finger tan head. Aroma of Chocolate, cream, coffee, dark fruits, winter berries, roasted malts. Tastes much the same, with a bit of alcohol-you don’t notice too much of a burn of the throat, nice.

Blind sampel @ Systembolaget tasting. Dark red-black unclear hazy liquid with no head. Aroma of vinegar. Smooth bitterness with syrupy sweet, rather weird taste of grapes and red fruits. I imagine this is a beer that would bennefit from many years of cellaring.

UPDATED: FEB 6, 2015 Pour black with small brown head. Medium body. Initial taste of chocolate and a sweet flavor cream, definitely taste a hint if the cranberry flavor, caramel and roasted characters. Can taste the alcohol but it does not come with an unpleasant burn. Really impressed since it is 18.2%.

Bottle, 0.33l. Pours almost black with practically non-existing brown head and soft visible carbonation. Aroma of caramel, alcohol, wood, heavy roasted malt and dark fruits. Taste starts with sweet and strong caramel and chocolate, follows by rich roasted malt with fruity and herbal note, warming alcoholic mouthfeel and moderate bitter finish. Full body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. Imperial stout on steroids...

Tasted on tap at cervecita bar in Barcelona, well poured with thin yellow-lightbrownish head, smells exactly the same as strong soja souce, the same one I mix with wasabi when eating sushi, & well to my disappointment it tastes as drinkin soja souce, as im a brewer for over 20years I think 40-50% of the fermentables is Brown sugar, I admit it is very difficult to create a good beer over 10º, but using so much sugar ends up giving this soja flavour that drinking it in a blind taste will let you say you are just drinking burnt soja souce.
