The constant, unrelenting noise becomes something purer than sound – reverberating through every part of you as the eyes rush to take in the pixelated arcade action. It’s all-pervading. Small silver coins are your life-blood, Player 1.
Our most involved beer, Tokyo* is an Imperial Stout brewed with copious amounts of speciality malts, jasmine and cranberries, dry-hopped with a bucket-load of our favourite hops and then carefully aged on toasted French oak chips.
It’s all about moderation. Everything in moderation, Player 1. What logically follows is that you must from time to time, have excess. This beer is for those times.

For me this wis one of the most mental beers I’v ever seen. It was on the news for being like the mentalist beer in the world and I bought it off ther websit. I was very expensive and my kids are not going to the zoo this wkend becuause i am skint. The beer wis like thick and chocloate and unbelievable. I wish I was amillionaire so I could fucking die on this. Best of the Dogs this is fucking serious my friend.

Impenetrable black with tan foam. Persistent, micro fine carbonation. An astonishing nose. Abundant prune, coffee, date, mixed peel, curry powder, spice, polished boards, malt, bacon fat. The flavour profile of this beer is simply astounding. All the flavours offered by the nose, plus an awful lot more, wrapped in an obese, yet glossy texture. It’s a simply mind-bogglingly good product. Extraordinary length, depth and persistence. Probably the best beer in the history of beer.

Bottle from SB, drunk 160206. Batch 174. ABV 16.5! Mahoganny body with a rather weak disappering brown head. Incredibly full aroma with dried fruits, port, brandy, treacle. The palate is enormous with dried prunes, coffee, liquorice, black molasses ... Of course very alcohol sweet but balanced, even though. Why did I buy just this one bottle ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark, very little foam or carbonation. Smells rich, musty and sweet, the taste is full and chocolaty at first then comes a sweetness, almost like a sweet strong wine, and then a warmness of alcohol replaces the sweetness in a long and very pleasant after taste. One bottle lasts a long time, will buy it again, Would be great with a glass after a pleasant meal, perhaps with a chocolate dessert... Great beer

Stark! Mycket öl för pengarna!

This was amazing. Many thanks to Craig for sending over a bottle. Pitch black with a faint black head. The usual suspects for an impy in both the aroma and flavor, but the cranberries provided a nice tartness that did not overwhelm the faint jasmine character. A dry mouth feel with a little hoppiness. Fantastic.

Una señora cerveza con un aroma muy especial a diferentes especias y toques herbáceos que se mantienen en el trago... su apariencia es petróleo puro y a pesar de tener casi 17 grados de alcohol está equilibrada y deja un sabor que permanece.

A Mes rate: Bottle at the Tom’s awesome Twickenham Brewery tasting.
Black as night, thick and viscous and an excellent tight tan head. Glorious condition. Vanilla, juniper, more vanilla, brown sugar and some excellent peated malt. Lovely lavender notes. The oak chips really show through but are never over powering. Stunning roasted chocolate malt and massively fruity. I can’t really detect the cranberries, just a barrage of every berry you can imagine. Outstanding spicy and bitter finish where the dry hopping really does its thing. An absolute cracker of a beer. BrewDog have excelled themselves here and that’s really saying something. Tried this twice and it’s a real shame that it’s quite possible I will not ever get the chance again. Incredible stuff. Massive thanks to Crazy Dave.

Bottle from Website: Bought 3 bottles from Website after press attention. I was startled by this. Aroma, intense chocolate and dark ripe fruit, sherry taste. deep chocolate, fruit tartness, malt sweetness and a complimentary bitterness, velvety and low carbonation Lingering chocolate and even vanilla too. Beuatiful if rather strong brew.
