COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle and keg: filtered; Cask: unfiltered.
"You know you shouldn’t."
Ingredients: Maris Otter, Caramalt and Munich Malt; Motoeka (Belgian Saaz) and Amarillo hops.
A titillating, neurotic, peroxide, punk of a pale ale. Combining attitude, style substance and a little bit of low self esteem for good measure; what would your mother say?
The seductive lure of the sassy passion fruit hop proves too much to resist. All that is even before we get onto the fact that there are no additives preservatives, pasteurization or strings attached. All wrapped up with the customary Brewdog bite and imaginative twist.

Bottle 33 cl. Hazy amber colored beer with a mediun white head. Aroma of malt, hops and citrus. The flavor is moderately sweet and bitter with lovely notes of citrus and exotic fruit. Let dry and bitter hop finish. lovely beer

33cl bottle - BBD = end 2011. Pours golden with white steady head. Nice floral and hoppy note in the nose, Taste is nicely bitter. Now this is what I call a nice lager.

Bottle. The aroma is almost indescribable - there’s so much going on in the nose. Highly perfumed with elderflower, lemon and ginger. Pale, cloudy yellow like a supermarket ginger beer. Small head which hangs around and has a little lacing. Slightly carbonated. The after taste is extremely dry to the point that the first few tastes might have you gurning uncontrollably. Persist - after a few mouthfuls it reveals a fruity quality amongst the strong hops and becomes more drinkable. I’m torn when rating this one; part of me thinks a beer as full of character as this deserves a higher rating but in the end it’s still a little dry for my taste which stops it getting the 4+ score it perhaps deserves.

I really like this company. While this one particular beer isn’t the best they offer, it is still pretty good. Nice mildly hazy blonde pour. A caramel malt, frui (Pineappley) aroma. Some citrus and hop in the taste. Nothing too spectacular, but refreshing.
