COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle and keg, occasional
previously available cask conditioned
"You know you shouldn’t."
Ingredients: Maris Otter, Caramalt and Munich Malt; Motoeka (Belgian Saaz) and Amarillo hops.
A titillating, neurotic, peroxide, punk of a pale ale. Combining attitude, style substance and a little bit of low self esteem for good measure; what would your mother say?
The seductive lure of the sassy passion fruit hop proves too much to resist. All that is even before we get onto the fact that there are no additives preservatives, pasteurization or strings attached. All wrapped up with the customary Brewdog bite and imaginative twist.

Backlog. Tried it both bottled and on tap a number of times. A decent beer.

Bottled. Clear golden/amber colour with noticeable carbonation and a small white head. (Looks rather like a lager, though the similarity ends there.) Passion fruit is the main aroma, with some piney hops. A sweet, tropical fruit start, moving to a fresh, clean, dry and bitter finish. A really interesting take on a blond ale; very drinkable.

Fruit, pepper, grass and floral hops in the aroma. Golden with a white head. Light to medium sweet and medium to heavy bitter. Light body with a lively carbonation. Bitter and dry finish. Overall a refreshing, well hopped blonde ale.

We love trash!!

Rated on 4-29-2010 (Bottle - Batch 45 - Best Before 14/03/11) This beer pours a medium sized fizzy white head with a short retention, transparent yellow body, fast rising carbonation, and a good amount of lacing. The aroma is malty, citrus and floral hops. The taste is lightly bitter, malt in the background, citrus, and floral hops. The palate is tingly and this beer is medium bodied. Overall this beer is not overly hoppy tasting and is easy to drink.

Appearance: Clear golden/amber with finger thick white head. Aroma: Passion fruit, lychee, apricot, corn, pepper, grassy, biscuit, bread. Taste: Medium/high bitterness, medium sourness and low sweetness. Palate: Thin smooth texture, light body, average carbonation, lingering bitter, sour, dry malty, fruity, corn, peppery finish, with biscuit in the mix. Reminds me a little of tortilla chips. Comments: Very tasty and glass lace.
