"You know you shouldn’t."
Ingredients: Maris Otter, Caramalt and Munich Malt; Motoeka (Belgian Saaz) and Amarillo hops.
A titillating, neurotic, peroxide, punk of a pale ale. Combining attitude, style substance and a little bit of low self esteem for good measure; what would your mother say?
The seductive lure of the sassy passion fruit hop proves too much to resist. All that is even before we get onto the fact that there are no additives preservatives, pasteurization or strings attached. All wrapped up with the customary Brewdog bite and imaginative twist.

Sampled at DØE Beerfestival 2010, TAP1. Pours a clear strawyellow beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is straw, hay, malt and sweetness. The flavor follows the nose with some additional hops. The palate is malty. Overall an average beer.

Sample at BrewDog Tasting at BeerTemple, tap. Clear pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of unripe fruits, light skunky hops, light honeyish malts. Flavour is light sweet, very fruity, pale malts, flowery, dry, firm bitter hoppy finish. Light bodied, very tasty, I could drink a lot of these.

From a bottle picked up in Perth, Scotland. This poured a hazy gold with a medium sized head and good lacing. Nose of malts. Good solid body and a nice smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is a good balance of malts and hops. Excellent in all regards.

Cask at Cask n Kitchen with Nate. A descent clean image, aroma is hoppy and prominent of banana and toffee, taste is pretty much the same but the toffee is delicate, the body is luscious and easy to drink and I thought it had the same outstanding drinkability as a good German lager-hell would. The Munich malt had me gasping. Nothing like Amarillo hops on a summer day. Dry lemony finish but excellent. Not too long. Great work. Love this beer. Palate is wonderfuly dellicate. Damn. I love this.

This bottled brew marked batch 45 best before 3/14/2011 from the brewery poured a medium sized head of foamy with a frothy top white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a typically carbonated transparent yellow orange colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was softly malted and ale like. The mouth feel was crisp from start to finish. The flavor contained notes of mild ale like qualities and dough with hops. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

23.06.2010, 0,33l Bottle from COOP Obs! Haugesund. This beer is a typical example of what hops can do for a beer. Proper hopping gives a very nice flavour to the beer. Aroma is dominated by hopping and body is rather medium to thin. The hopping has a refreshing citrusflavour. Very nice pale ale.

330ml bottle. The low alcohol made me skeptical of the quality here but this is a surprisingly good beer. Fresh and lively and a ridiculously long bitterish finish. Great stuff if you want to drink all night and still be able to walk home.

Bottle. Pours a clear straw yellow/golden with a small white head. Hoppy aroma; bit of pine, but also has a citrus note which feels kind of artificial. Bitter flavour; hops, and this artificial-feeling citrus note again. Finish is dry and quite bitter. 18.06.10.

330 ml bottle. Dim golden with a diminishing white head. Quite light and mild aroma with citrus hops. Flavor is tropic fruity and very refreshing with a pleasant bitterness.
