Small beige head. Clear amber body. Mealy strawy milky aroma with wheaty spicy notes. Dry-sweet fruity strawy oily taste with resiny orangey notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish spicy orangey aftertaste with herbal notes. It’s not bad, but somewhat boring. (0.284l keg at Brewdog Manchester.)

It pours a pale yellow colour with white head. Really fresh flavour of plums, citrus and flowers, roses in particular. Spicy, fruity taste with no bitterness. Very refreshing, ideal for roasted fish and summer in general.

Tap på brewdogbaren. Väntar fortfarande på Mattan. Det här är fan en bra weiß. Som en utspädd schneider, vilket mycket väl kan vara ett bra betyg

Pours light hazy amber with low white head. Aroma of honey, wheat, light citrus. Taste is light sweet, hay and earth, with just a hint of bitterness in the finish. Dry, light body with average carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at BrewDog Birmingham. Doesn’t look like a weiss but perhaps that’s the point? Amber and clear. Clean, crisp taste but not much depth. If I was stuck in BrewDog all week (terrible thought) I could drink this and stay relatively sober.

Nice clean beer. Wheat comes through. Clear straw yellow. Had at BrewDog Bristol. Great place. Grass and cardboard.

Draught. Clear deep golden liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of banana, earthy malt, smoked ham, spices, bread and fat sweet malt. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of banana, vanilla, earth and bread. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Quite nice but I miss the fennel notes.

Taster, about 150ml, from tap at BrewDog Leeds. Clear, dark golden body. Lasting white layer at the top, dotted spots to the glass. Wheat, caramel and a bit of smoke on the nose. Flavour profile of wheat, fruits and subdued hints of smoked malts. Soft carbonated, fresh and dry. Different with fine drinkability (30.06.2013).
