A white IPA is a tasty and innovative twist on a conventional india pale ale. An IPA brewed with plenty of wheat, fermented with a Belgian yeast with some coriander thrown in for good measure. Oh and this one has mountains of Moteuka hops. And then lots of dry hops too.
Look out for it on tap in all BrewDog bars. You’ll notice the complex and punchy hop zing you’ve come to expect in an IPA, balanced with the extraordinary bright flavour of a wheat beer.

On tap at BD Camden. It pours a hazy orange colour with a medium white head. Aroma of hops and grains mostly. Some light coriander/flowery note as well. Taste is similar with mostly grains and flowery hops. Some pineapple and citrus peel as well. Very light coriander. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. Overall, an interesting and refreshing brew, but a lower ABV would be much appreciated in a session-tasting beer.

A lovely light and cloudy beer. Fruity flavours with a bitter hit. Overall a great brew.
