Dark malty aroma with some coffee I’m trying to convince myself I’m smelling some metallic’s but it might be hops very hard to tell. Aroma is very pleasant especially for the style. Nice tasty smooth flavor. Milk chocolate, coffee, silky smooth feel, some nice bitter hops, finishes with a slightly bloody nose. Ok brew one of the better ones from this not so goo brewery.

Pleasant smell of sweetish, rounded, lightly toasted dark malts. Some ripe apples, and a whiff chocolate. Taste is initial dry, becomes light bitter-sweet with a gentle roast tone. Faint coffee and pepper. Slick in the mouth. Distinct malty-bitter finish. Tasty and easy drinkable.

Praticamente senza schiuma (unica nota negativa, a mio parere). Consigliata. plovmand (1740), Helsinge, Denmark
