Bottle 75cl. @ Weekend of Tarts After Tasting
Light light unclear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate fruity, strawberry, alcohol, tart notes, wood notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. It is sour, alcoholic and fruity (strawberry) sweet ... will love to re. rate this in good condition, both me aad the beer. ;O)) [20090530]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of alcohol, malt, and berries. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt, wood, citrus, and fruit, leading to a tart fruity finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is strawberry and acidic. Mild sweet, phenolic and fruity flavoured of strawberry. Smooth phenolic and strawberry fruity flavoured. Mild citric and bitter flavoured into the finish.

Bottled. Golden colour, medium white head. Aroma and flavour both quite wooden ipalike woith some berryish notes. Very wellbalanced semi-tart things. Huge thanks to magic dave6.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of strawberries and oak. Fruity flavour of strawberries and oak with notes of berries and hops. Tart berryish finish.

Hazy deep blond color. Aroma of strawberry jam; it reminds me some Dogfish Head… I just got a sip: undrinkable! Extremely harsh and bitter flavor, chemicals, some fruits and wood, but I really don’t want to drink the rest of the glass just to find out… disgusting, like the Dogfish Head I mentioned…

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma had strawberries, whiskey and malty notes. Flavour was sweet with strawberries, whiskey, malt and hoppy notes. Finished bitter and strong with warming alcohol.

(750ml bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of strawberries, wood, florals, and whiskey. Flavor of oak, strawberries, earth, whiskey, and grass with a dry finish.
