COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on a German style wheat beer (hefe “yeast” & weizen “wheat”), this ale is light, crisp and refreshing. Unfiltered by tradition, she is a bit cloudy with a hint of citrus.

Tap at brewery. Pours clear pale yellow with barely a trace of head. Aroma is banana, cloves, heavy cream, bready malts, and candy sugar. Flavor is bland; mostly light malts, a touch of fruit esters, and faint cloves; very watery. Light body and low carbonation.

Flight at the pub. Pours a sickly pale gold with very little head. Aroma of wheat and bananas. Taste is initially bitter, then fades to more wheat, more bananas, and sweet.

Draft at the brewery. Pours clear light gold with a thin, fizzy white head. Tastes like watery wheat, faint banana and bubblegum, musky. Light body and low carbonation. Faint musky wheat and grain aroma.

Draft, Correct hazy gold color. Nose is wheat and citrus with orange hints. Flavor is citrus dominate, real fresh and crisp. Yeast is mellow with the citrus playing the main roll in flavors. Finish is clean. Medium to light body. I would order a whole pint and is a session hefeweizen that will not weigh you down with yeast. Solid job on this one!

Very cloudy. Looks like hazy lemonade. Nose is spicy with tangerines. Taste is hearty and full of body. No banana or clove but lots of wheat body

Tap, pours a clear pale ale, aroma is a bit spicey, flavour is fairly weak, it seems flitered and it was a light hefe

This was simply called hefeweisen at the brewerie, so I’m hopping this is the right place to put it. I really am not sure because this one was really laced with clove, unlike what nate said below. Clear pale yellow, almost lemon yellow. Has a sweet perfumy aroma, like lots of cotton candy or something and then I feel a wave of clove on the olfactory. On the flavor, its overly clovey. This beer is way over the top in spices. Not sure what to thjink of this. I do like hefe, its one of my fave styles but this stuff seems a little artificial at times.

It looks like the urine sample from an alien animal. It pours with very little head. Not much on the nose. Taste isn’t very estery. Dry finish. This may be their take on the Hefeweizen but they’re wrong.

On tap at Pints for Pets. Corn and mild sulfur, bit of caramel and butter. A bit of hop aroma. Hazy-cloudy pale amber with thin head. Medium body with medium lacing white head and medium-high carbonation. Starts with light wheat character and mild acidity. Sulfur notes and a bit of banana. No clove. Finish is lightly acidic.
