Commercial Description: The Rose Festival Ale recipe in 2000 and 2001 was based on Rogue's popular Golden Ale, but with the addition of 30 pounds of rose petals per batch. So the spicy flavor and dry finish are the actual flavors imparted by the rose petals, and they give a delicate tang that won't be found in standard Golden Ale. Discontinued.
Decent rating due to it’s creativity. Rose petals are somewhat noticeable. This beer tastes like all the others with help from some roses. Interesting, however, to say the least.
