Amber coloured with a slighty tinted head of foam. Much too hoppy and far too bitter. It’s really dry as well. Doesn’t sit well on the palate at all. It’s not an enjoyable ale.

On draught at the brewery, pours a clear dark gold color. An even malt/hop flavor balance. Light-to-medium body with a late slightly bitter finish, overall very clean.

Amber color, decent off-white head. Slightly hoppy nose. Grassy hoppy, medium-bodied. Long hoppy aftertaste. More like amber ale than altbier.

Draught at the brewpub. Amber coloured, clear. Resiny hop aroma. Dry with rounded mouthfeel. Salty and intensely hoppy. Genuine and solid, an enjoyable altbier!

Deep goloden, slightly orange colour. Not bad. Pretty authentic flavour; dry and bitter, yet a bit buttery. Toasty malt aroma.
