COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
One of our most popular beers this brew is a light golden color with a slightly malty character, subtle floral cascade hop aroma, low bitterness, light body and typical ale fruitiness.

Draught at Brewerkz, Singapore. Golden with a small white head. Light malt and citrus aroma and flavour. Not much going on here. Rough on the palate too. Finishes sweet.

Draft at the brew pub. Surprising to find cascade hops here since mostly the brewer favors fuggles and other British varieties. Works well. Light and crisp, some sweetness in the malts, and the familiar cascade nose and bitterness.

Draught at Brewerkz. Slightly hazy golden coulour with OK head. Little aroma. Light body, modest carbonation. Flavour is subtle, but pleasant - malty with some bitterness. Not special, but a decent beer.

Brewekz Beers tend to look fine. This ale is no exception. Pale yellow with a slight haze. Topped with a nice head, you will want to taste it, particularly after reading its description on the bar table. Aroma hints of sweetness and malt. Not much chararcter on consumption however. Very plain start with a sweet sour dry finish. Scratches the palate too. Could be due in part to the slight spicey complexion. Not altogether bitter but, the hops’ taste isn’t worthy of praise. Not really worth the money and, nothing to rave about.

Pours gold/straw with a nice white head. Smells of sweet malt, grass, hay, dough. Tastes doughy and toasty with some peppery splashes. Pretty decent for what it is.

I’ll go against the grain on this one, it is a not a bad beer, but there is better on offer at Brewerkz. Aroma is nutty and perhaps a bit skunky! Flavour is a bit one dimensional with just flat bitterness and a slight hint of lemon, none of the usual floral and fruits associated with the style. Almost makes me think it could be a change in recipe or an infected batch.

On draught at the brewery. Poured a light gold color, well-carbonated, with a crisp hoppy flavor that dominated the pale maltiness. A slightly dry finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Cloudy golden colour with a nice white head. Aroma of malt with some fruitness and lemon-like. Fresh flavour of spices, malt and ends up with a yeasty finish.

Hazy golden colour with a large white head. Malty, fruity sweet aroma with a hoppy perfume note. Malty, fruity flavor with a light hoppy and dry finish.
