Draft at Brewerkz, Singapore. Pours rich amber with a thick, white, long lasting head. Aroma is hops, malt and a slight tropical fruit. Flavour is very bitter, not that balanced with sweetness. Minimal carbonation.

On tap at Brewerkz Clarke Quay. Great intense bitterness with not too much floralness. Easy to drink but too much bitterness without too much other aroma. Interesting.

Bottle at home. Hazy orange to amber pour, creamy white head. Aroma of floral hops, yeasty, some spices and a bit chemical. Flavor is quite bitter, slightly spicy and with a decent body. Slightly off.

330cc bottle. Pours copper orange with white off head. Citrus, fruit, some pine, caramel. Smels sweet. The mouth is pretty on the sweet side for the style. Some hop bitterness and dries up in the finish. Pretty refreshing, full mouth drink. Very enjoyable.

330ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, Jan 15, brought by my good self. Pours clear amber. Taste is malty, bready peach melba with a fair sweetness and high carbonation. Not amazing but passable.

Benzai (11825) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - APR 27, 2015
Bottle @ home. Clear almost fluorescent orange color, huge rough white head that lasts for a long time. Aroma is malts, grains, malt bitter. Taste malts, malt bitter, some bitter hop, slightly a hint of butter. Full of malt and malt bitterness, less focus on the hops and no fruityness. Appears to be an English style IPA. Ok beer.

anstei (642) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - APR 23, 2015
On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear amber. Citric hoppy nose. Overly hopped and bitter taste, this beer needs more malts as a balance.

Tim Webb (308) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - FEB 25, 2015
UPDATED: APR 13, 2015 On draft at the brewpub (Riverside Point) and then from a 33cl bottle brought home to sample. The first was ’tired’and deeply unimpressive - too sweet, cloying on the palate, hoppy enough (just) but with an unsophisticated choice of hop. The second better but still struggled. The grain base had been fermented through to the edge of aldehydes and the hop recipe was giving way. Reviews from earlier incarnations suggests that a new injection of authenticity is required.
