Draft @ brewpub. Hazy, nearly murky. Scant head in the sampler glass. Estery yeast aroma has banana, spice (nutmeg?), plum meat. Soft palate. Pretty well-constructed. Has a good toasty wheat malt character in the finish and is actually well-hopped for the style. Before that has some Thai basil notes. Is not too estery, sticky, sweet, or yeasty, which makes it more to my tastes. Quite nice.

Hazy golden straw coloured body with a nice white head. Aroma of bananas, cloves, wheat, yeast, coriander seed and a good bit of fresh curacao and lemons. Medium-bodied; Nice aggressive wheat flavour with some noticeable yeast and a fresh fruit taste near the end. Aftertaste very nice and flavourful with a good freshness that is very appreciated given the conditions in Singapore - this one is well worth drinking if you are here and want a break from Tiger. I sampled this pint on draught at the brewpub in Clarke Quay, Singapore on 02-November-2009.

Seasonal brew for June 2010 - a new release and not the Wheat Ale. Has some banana and pedio. Full wheaty character is sweet with lots of banana and only hints of pedio. Pretty good wheat.
