I had this beer on tap at the brewpub in December 2009. The beer had a clear light amber body with a small white head that had almost no retention and very little cling. It had a caramel malt aroma with traces of grainy and grassy hops too. The taste was sweet and had notes of molasses and caramel with some bitter grainyess too. The body was wet and it had an average-thick mouthfeel with low carbonation.
