COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Assertive hop bitterness and aroma which is balanced by a slight caramel maltiness. We add hops directly to the fermentor for a more pronounced hop aroma.

4 oz cask pour at ChurchKey, cask dry hopped with Chinook. Golden brown/orange with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, pine, floral notes. Tastes of floral hops, bitter pine, citrus. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Medium-low carbonation.

Not much to speak of here. Light hint of citrus and that’s about it. Pours cloudy orange with good head and lacing on cask. Really no finish at all. Watery. Cask at Churchkey.

Tap @ Churchkey. Hazy orange with decent head and nice lacing. Smells like white pepper, flowers, and grape fruit. Floral and a tad grainy. Slick round mouth feel with a moderate bitter finish.

Taster on tap at the brewpub. Clear amber orange color. Thin white head, leaves good thicker lace. Medium-plus body. Smooth, lighter carbonation. Lightly slick finish. Good piney hop to it up front, clean malt bill. Aftertaste is kind of brief though. Moderate bitter taste, light sweet. Solid, lighter, easy-drinking IPA.

Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus and hint of caramel. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at America Strikes Back, Ulfborg. Pours clear amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops, with notes of citrus and grass. Bitter, hoppy taste, with clear notes of citrus. Bitter aftertaste. Clean. Medium body. Quite OK.

Tap. Golden clear rust orange. Some faint citrus aromas, some grass and cracker. Nothing off in the flavor, but not really bright. Crackery and some light citrus and grass in the finish. Lighter to medium body.
