COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A British style that has a roasted nut-like aroma. Brewed with a number of dark malts, which lend a complex malt character. This beer does not have a lot of hop bitterness, only enough for balance. 5.2 - 5.6% alcohol, by volume

Draft. A brownish red color with a small off-white head. Nutty notes in the nose along with some roasted malt. Low carbonation with a medium light mouthfeel. Mild bitterness with heavy malt, earth and nut notes on the palate. It is a little watery but finishes clean. Just okay for a brown ale.

Pretty good. Nice malt sweetness and hops balance. Just like most brown ales I’ve had from this area, this beer is really light on the nut and caramel flavors. This style is done a little more lightly than some brown ales from the midwest and west coast.

Tap. Pours a clear amber body with a minimal wispy off-white head. Lightly husky and nutty nose with a little light roast. The flavor is husky, a little thin, with some light-roast coffee. Some light hops, nice nutty character. The mouthfeel is fairly dry and light bodied with a nice slight husky texture. Pretty decent Brown Ale.

Sweet and malty just how its supposed to be. I can put these away all night at the pub. Medium body and creamy texture.

Tasting this one from a growler one day after purchased at Brewer’s Alley. The color is a dark reddish amber. The aroma is rich with nutty malt. The taste is slightly bitter to offset the malty aroma. The finish is crisp and mouthwatering. Decent brown ale in my book. Extremely drinkable.

On tap at the pub. Not a lot of aroma which keeps the rating down a bit. Pours a dark brown with a small tan head. The aroma is malt and caramel. The flavor is also malty with some caramel. Sweet and smooth.
