Can best before 9 DEC 2014. Pours deep, dull orange with avg carb, a sizable rocky off-white head. Faint nose of citrus and fruit, touch of rind in there, too, but overall pretty quiet. Body rich in bread-type malt, some juicy fruit tones flitting here and there, but light fizzy semi-watery body with low bitterness. Distinct melon, too, and that’s worth a tenth. Not all that sweet, goes down easy, more orange peel and a little pine, seems clean. Would have again.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Light malts. Tangy orange and tangerine hops, trace of marmalade and lemon. Light finish, mild marmalade linger. Tasty.

Gravity at GBBF 2014. Poured copper, with a thin white head. Aroma of mango, tinned fruit and straw. Sweet flavours of honey, mango and grain. Finish was straw, citrus and wet grass.

Copper pour w/ a good white head that leaves some lacing. The aroma is rather interesting as it’s dominated by pine. The taste is clean w/ some sort of bitter undertone. Definitely a different pale. I’m just not sure it works entirely.

Benzai (8234) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - AUG 18, 2014
Sampled @ GBBF. Clear orange color, small white head. Don’t get a lot of aroma. Taste lightly malts, lightly hops, decently bitter. Average body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Bright amber appearance with a medium size, off white head and modest lacing. Briar patch aroma dotted with mint leaves. Earthy flavors balanced by floral hops and a touch of sweetness. Aftertaste turns drier and more bitter. Medium bodied mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation and an average length finish.

Gravity cask at GBBF 2014, 12/08/14. Pours a slightly hazy amber with an off white head. Light overripe tropical fruit aroma with caramel and orange. Light to medium body, light carbonation. Orange, light toast, lemon, mayo, caramel. Nice balance, quite light and tasty.

Ferris (4254) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 12, 2014
Cask - Light grapefruit and pale malts. Cloudy copper with almost no head. Pale malts and a bit of orange and harsh bitter finish. Bitterness is a bit excessive.
