Amber pour at Ebs. Aroma is lemon, honeysuckle, white grape. Carbonation is low, flavor is light citrus, more lemon, some dough and white wine with some peach flesh.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy aroma with yeasty hints. Fruity malty spicy flavor with hints of caramel and hints of yeast. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Hazy amber pour, white head. Lemony dough, grain, cheesecloth, and citrus with an all around great saison balance. Medium carbonation with low carbonation.

Tap at Ebenezer’s. Hazy peach colored pour. Light pear, white wine, plum, bread, and flowers on the nose. Flavor holds sweet light fruit, peach, apple, and more bread. Soft palate, not dry. Good.

draft and cask at Max’s for acbw. Both hazy gold, tap had the thin, lacing white head. Heavy grass and wheat, light pepper in the nose, bit of wheat. Flavor of grass, dusty wheat, moderately metallic, lightly sweet through well carbonated finish.

Tap at Brewers Art. The pour is a clear orange with a small, white head. No lace. Aroma is floral, candy heavy, honey, noble hops (mild lemon and sickliness). Taste is lightly bitter, sharp carbonation distracting, with biscuit, quenching malt and citrusy balancing hops. Not sure on style but comes across not as refreshing or yeasty as saison but more full and malty like Biere de Garde.

Some spice and floral notes on the nose. Pours golden yellow mixed with a few drops of coca-cola. Nice burst of flavor on the tongue. I’m getting a nice exploration of the spice rack but subtle. Finishes clean. Refreshing.
