COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This year’s Dorothea is the pilot batch of a new Maryland beer collaboration that will be released June 27th. In addition, as usual, proceeds benefit our friends at Trout Unlimited. A light Spring ale brewed with wildflower honey.

Tap at Brewer’s Art. The pour is a clear, light orange to gold with not much head formation. Nose is malty, raw and husky, with honey and noble hops. Taste is soft, well integrated between quenching malt and citrus/lemon EKG-esque hops. Carbonation is prickly but not distracting too much from a full palate exhibiting mild diacetyl/butter and heavy biscuit/bread. Honey is not prominent like in the Tiny Tim. Mouthfeel gets a little watery, soapy, and metallic but not degrading in anyway. Feels heavier and denser than 5.3%. Simple and well executed.
