KnN (715), Greenbelt, Maryland, USA Sep 6, 2008 A session beer doesn’t necessarily have to be a bland beer, but this one was fairly uninspiring. I understand that not everyone likes knock your socks off flavor all the time, but a little flavor complexity never hurts. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 07/16/2006

Aurelius (2643), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Dec 9, 2006 Darkish, clear gold, thin filmy head. Musty, fruity aroma. Yeck, didnt care much for this one. Doughy, lightly tart, perhaps underbittered, but I’ve quit caring. Starchy body, biscuity finish. Some off flavors in there on top of the starch. Holdwine (905), Beertimore, Maryland, USA Oct 19, 2006 Above average and great for a easy-to-drink option, but I like their more complex expressions better. Nice malt foundation. A bit of hops and you’re done. Nuffield (2718), Roseville, Minnesota, USA Aug 29, 2006 Reddish. Very mild among pale ales. Nice hop dimensions, but mild. Very drinkable, something I like in a pale ale. (on tap at restaurant) aracauna (2357), Georgia, USA Jul 20, 2006 Copper amber with no head. Mild fresh hop aroma. The malt profile is good but fades quickly. Moderate hop bitterness. webjedi (249), Silver Spring, Maryland, USA May 20, 2006 Not an exceptional Pale Ale. Pretty bland and bitter whiel on a tap pour. Nice color though, a ruddy light orange with slight lacing and minial head. I would have expected more hops and less sweet (if even detectable). It’s probably the most blad beer I had tried there. jon112981 (327), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA Dec 31, 2005 Tap. Light golden color wiht a thin white lace. Very nice aroma of hops. Balanced flavor of malt and hops. Finish is light and hoppy.
