2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 JDBaker11058 (616) - Maryland, USA - JUL 23, 2011
Appearance: medium gold, decent white head, some lace. Aroma: ritz crackers, light citrus and grassy hops. Taste: notes of yeast, grass, citrus, hint of champagne and white bread. Finish: dry, a little tart, with a more reserved malt finish. Notes: Extremely drinkable, but a little light on the flavors. Worth trying, but I preferred their Nein, which was just as refreshing but more flavorful. My wife really liked it.
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20 JoeinEscazú (1120) - San Jose, COSTA RICA - SEP 7, 2010
Draft at Brewer’s Art, through sheer luck apparently. Bready and slightly tart, dry, and crisply bitter. Easy to drink lots. Useful and fun beer. Deserves more production, but maybe the 3.5% abv scares away the drunks. More for us then.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Aurelius (3077) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JUL 25, 2007
Buttery, diacetyl aroma. Fairly clear yellow. Brit and German hop flavori8ng. Dry, diacetyl. Medium mouth. Spritzy, German hop finish. Unimpressive. Comes off as a Kolsch or Golden Ale rather than ’Belgian’.

An interesting beast, a Belgian ale at 3.5% I really appreciate that; I like a light abv beer like a mild. Simple, dry, and yellow. A bit too light on the flavors. That’s the genius of a good mild--you don’t have to compromise flavor when you reduce the alcohol. (on tap at restaurant)
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Holdwine (1000) - Beertimore, Maryland, USA - JUL 14, 2006
True to the style. Very light and drinkable with enough of a hoppy bite and toffee/caramel maltiness to make most happy. Perfect when one is thirsty but not in search of alcohol.

On tap at the Brewers Art. Poured a light yellow with a small head. Spicy sweet aroma and taste. A little light for my tastes.
