i had this at the pub and later from a growler at my place via bockyhorsey. the ratings are ’surprisingly’ similar!?

hazy orange with a thin white head and pretty sexy lacing (yep, the notes stated sexy). it smells intensely leafy and hoppy... flowery, pine, citrus pith and grass with that buttery caramel house smell (that i’m still not convinced is diacetyl). the flavor is the same and highly hoppy... diacetyl-esque house flavor shows up on the bitter dry finish. if this is really 9.9% i will feel it in the morning since i can’t stop drinking it... full bodied but not noticed since the hoppy bitterness and dryness make it so easy to put away... 8/4/8/4/15/3.9

Sampled at hellbilly’s hellraiser 3 gathering. Growler courtesy of Bockyhorsey. Golden orange color pour with a nice lacy head. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus and grassy hops. Flavor of fresh hops, ripe citrus and toasty malt with a bit of spiciness on the finish. Surprisingly good and very refreshing. Thanks Bill!

Growler via Bockyhorsey @ Hellbilly’s Hellraiser 3.0...THANKS BILL!!! This was a damn good beer!!! 24-karat pour with a few large bubbles that made their way to the front edge of the glass. Extremely fruity aroma dominated with banana, citrus, and spice. Flavor is green; leafy, grassy hops, and cotton candy. Sugary, bready, and grapejuice as well as a butterscotch quality. A bit syrupy but delicious. A great beer by an Arizona brewery (rare).

Growler shared by Bockyhorsey at hellbilly’s hellraiser 3.0 tasting. Pours a clear amber with minimal beige head that leaves decent lacing. The nose is all citrus hops and caramel. The taste is ripe oranges, tart pink grapefruit and sweet malt with a resin finish. Medium body – nice and hoppy – thanks Bill!

Poured hazy orange with a thin white head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Flavor is that of an IPA, citrus with a light, bitter finish. Alcohol is well hidden on this beer .

Growler shared with cbkschubert. Good sweet citrus aroma. Darker golden body with white head. Citrusy flavor and sweet roasted malt and sugar. Sticky cirtus palate, a refreshing beer.

Draft at the brewpub, served in a small snifter. Slightly hazy orange color with thin white head that didn’t leave any lace. Attractive aroma of flowery hops, cotton candy, and white wine. Slight sweetness on the tongue which is well balanced against the generous hop bitterness. Tastes of citrusy/flowery hops and malty caramel. There was also a warm splash of alcohol which occasionally reminded me of dilute vodka. Full bodied and a bit sticky. Delicious.
