COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our best selling beer, hand’s down! A high gravity red ale that is extremely drinkable due to the sweet finish leaving the pallet wanting more. Dry-hopped for a floral characteristic delivering an extra kick for the hop-heads.

Amber pour with creamy thin head and lace. Musty maltiness and resin on the nose. Sweet caramel malt, a bito hay, abv warmth, and resiny hop bitter. Medium full bodied but a tad fizzy. Pretty nice beer.

Pours ruby/amber. Aroma is quite hoppy. Taste is a great balance between earthy hops and sweet malts. A little grapefruit balanced by caramel malts. Good stuff. Really cool people at the bar as well.

I love this beer, It passed Arrogant bastard by stone for my favorite. It’s hoppy nectar of the gods, If they only could have made this sooner I could have made something of my life (it inspires me).

On draft at Cigar City Huna Day 2012. Didn’t take proper notes on this one but I remember the hop and malt presence having a nice balance. Easy to drink on that hot sunny day.

On draft at Brewer’s Pizza. Pours a clear orange-amber with a white head. Nose is sweet malt, tropical fruit, and some balanced hoppiness with citrus and floral hops blending into the malt profile. Flavor is similar- tropical fruit, caramel, malt, and some light hops in the finish. For an amber, this one has a nice sweetness to it, and is not just balanced to the hops.

Draft at brewer.. Amber/red pour with a thin off white head. Scent of citrus and grassy. Taste is very balanced between caramel and hops. Nice bitter finish.

Absolutely delicious. This is a wonderful red amber ale that has the depth of some really classic big belgians. Malty, dark fruit undertones with just enough hops bitter to cleanse the pallet with a citrus tang. Wonderful.
