UPDATED: APR 9, 2006 Draught at the brewpub. Pale golden, creamy head. Slight appley aroma. Dryish with clean mouthfeel. A wealth of grassy hops leads to a somewhat resiny lingering salty bitter finish.

On tap at Brewers Bar. Clear, medium gold hue, thin white fine bubbly head mostly diminishing. Nice honey aroma is prominent with caramel malt passion-fruit & floral hoppy aromas. Mild to moderate sweet with good bitterness, light saltiness in the finish. Medium body, very crisp dry finish and average carbonation makes it quite refreshing on a hot day like this. Definitely not a stand-out Pilsener but nice enough that I could have it again.

(On tap) Clear golden with a creamy, white head leaving some lacework. Again some pleasant, flowery hops in the aroma. Medium body with lightly sweet malts and a lightly hoppy finish. Their lagers don’t really differ that much but they are pretty straightforward and honest beers. 100208

pale straw colour, big spritzy head. stong hppy aroma. mild bitterness but not too much to write home about.
