Pigs Ear. The Long Good Friday teamed up with ChrisO. 8.5% on cask - not 5.0% as in programme. Opaque black beer, good suddy tan head. Palate is smooth and dry. Dry dark malt, no roast or bitterness. Nice fruity balance of tangy blackberry with a little blackcurrant and elderberry. Semi dry finish. Nicely done.
