Allen (592), Wölflinswil, Switzerland Dec 18, 2007 Updated: Aug 18, 2008Bottled 33cl. It pours a slightly hazy beer with a decent white head. The nose is of bread, caramel, hops and pineapple with a sour and herbal background. The taste is slightly sour too... A good hop character. Medium bodied. Nicely bready, biscuitty with quite a bite. A hint of marzipan. Toasty, herbal with a pineapple-like character showing up. Grassy with hints of hay. This beer somewhat reminds me of a typical chzech brew. Rather bitter with a wonderful hoppy herbal finish. oh6gdx (5901), Vaasa, Finland Jun 19, 2006 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is malty and a bit diacetylic. Flavour is fruity, malty and a bit hoppy. Carbonation is quite biting in this one, but fits the beer. ante (2503), Stockholm (Bromma), Sweden Jun 13, 2006 Bottle. Hazy yellow colour. Sweet aroma of green bananas and soap. Vegetal flavour with unclean flavours of yeast and bananaskin. Papery short aftertaste4. omhper (10456), Stockholm, Sweden Jun 13, 2006 [Bottled, thanks Bov!] Hazy pale golden. Soapy papery nose. Sweet with mellow mouthfeel. There’s syrup , some slight bready malt and a whiff of lemon. fiulijn (5860), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Nov 11, 2004 Organic Hazy blond color. The aroma is like any poor lager, but the flavor is just better, light malt, reasonable hopping, strong bitterness.
