Brewery at Lake Tahoe Nut Brown Ale

Not much aroma. A pretty nice brown to me because despite the name, it isn’t all that nutty. A bit thin in the finish, but quite drinkable.

Their best made beer IMO. Perhaps it was the freshest since it’s a seasonal beer? Maybe the others weren’t up to par? At any rate, this was a pretty good brown ale. A dark brown appearance, clear with a fluffy off-white head. Aroma was caramel, buttered pecans, molasses with a toasted bread character too. Mouthfeel was on the thin side. Flavor was clean, malty with a strong molasses sweetness that was pretty overpowering. This was their best creation. Now if they could pull up the rest of their beers we might be talking something good here.
