Pours dark amber with nice fluffy head. Aroma is yeasty and roasty. Flavors are very unique and interesting. FIrst to come is a slight roastiness, followed by the usual crappy Japanese flavor, then an interesting turn to a banana filled finish. Fairly light and drinkable, similar to to a darker hefeweizen. One of the best I’ve had in Japan.
