On draught at the brewpub in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden straw brew with a creamy white head that slowly dissipates to a thin white ring and some spotty lacing. Aroma of some light golden grain malt, some vegetable, potato, a hint of vinegar and some ketchup? Taste is light to medium bodied, with flavors of golden grain malt, some vegetable character, grapefruit, a hint of spice and some lemon. Finish is dry with a slight grapefruit aftertaste that leaves behind a lingering bitterness.
