12 oz glass at Brewery Creek. Light gold, clear, with little head...fruity-sweet nose, hints of cherry, malty...zesty, tangy body, big malt background but English hops dominate, earthy and slightly pungent...sweet all the way through with just enough bite to keep it from cloying.

On tap at the Brewpub. Yellow with a big white head. Has a fruit aroma. Good Kolsch-like bite and the great malt sweetness balances it. I’m guessing the style of this to be a golden ale, as the brewer refused to describe any of his beers by style. In fact, the owner of this place is a real asshole who seems to hate homebrewers or beer lovers. He’s a real argumentative weirdo, but he makes pretty good beer. If you go to this place, just drink. Don’t try to chat with the sonavabitch.
