DocLock (4085), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 13, 2004 This is a cool beer. Pours pinkish and fizzy. Strong raspberry aroma. Tastes like raspberries, with some malt and hops. Finishes sweet, crisp, and fizzy. I think this is a fine beer, but I understand why people may rate it lower, as it is somewhat odd and unique in its formulation. obxdude10 (1387), Reading, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 27, 2001 Updated: May 12, 2003An excellent fruity beer, lots of berries in the nose & flavors, not too overpowering, pretty well balanced, friuty aftertaste as well, enjoyable beer
Rdeclan99 (5), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA does not count Jun 7, 2001 Really enjoyed this one. A nice balance of the flavors - not too sweet. I found it to be a perfect summer beer. mike mcneil (637), St Augustine, Florida, USA Dec 1, 2000 Great raspberry aroma and neat reddish pink color, but that’s about it. Way too sweet and cloying. Has a surgary soda-pop sweetness to it. Makes me wonder if they add raspberry flavoring rather than ferment with fresh raspberries. Didn’t care for this one.
