Draft to taster at Shakespeare’s Pub in Kalamazoo. Looks decent; more like a brown ale though. A mostly transparent copperish brown with off-white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells solid; caramel, malt, cinnamon, and other spices I can’t put my finger on. Tastes like it smells, but less balanced. Some bitterness too. Maybe nutmeg in there as well. Average on the palate. Smells better an it tastes.
