3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20pours amber with frothy white head.aroma is very similar to a rhine wine.slight orange and yeast to compliment it.flavor is fruity,sweet and has the tannic qualities of a chardonnay.light body,heavy carbonation,thin mouthfeel and a very dry finish.sours are definitely not something i tend to try often because i do not like the cider like qualities they tend to have.as i was drinking this beer my rating kept on going up.this is the best sour ive tried so far.it seems to have a slight chardonnay quality to it but the tannins do not become overpowering.maybe this beer is turning me on to the sours

On tap at Ashley’s in Ann Arbor. Not my style. Quite heavy and boozy, too much sweetness. Just a hint of sourness. Tasty and well made for what it is, though.

Can! Pours a clear copper color with a very light tan head. Funky aroma; sour and some barnyard. At this point is have a more sour note than funky though. Medium mouthfeel. Pear, apple, some sweetness, pineapple, all mixed in with some funk. Not overly sour though. ABV really doesn’t show. Pretty tasty.

This is a special seasonal beer they are trying out. I wasn’t a big fan of it. It actually tastes sour like it was skunked or old.

Poured a translucent copper with a ring of white foam. Aroma has a cidery, cotton candy essence. A little sour with a drying finish.

Nice balance between belgian spices and sour. Very drinkable. Some sour apples and berries. Not my style but enjoyed.

Pours reddish copper with a modest beige head and a sour fruit aroma. There is a medium-bodied light malt flavor with brett-fueled sourness that is substantial but not overwhelming. A dry fruity finish.

16oz can. Pours a clear copper orange color with a small white head. Aroma has a sour, light vinegar smell with sweet undertones. Taste is light and clean, with a slightly sour floral taste.

Can shared by Ken at Capitol Beer. Pours amber with little head. Nice sour fruit aroma. Near med body. Flavor is sour, berry, malty. Not extreme, but very tasty. Nice, pleasant, moderately sour finish.
