COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rye pale ale. Standard rye with a touch of caramel rye produces a dry and spicy flavor with beautiful color. Green peppercorns are thrown in the kettle as well as “dry spiced” in the fermenters for a little kick.

On draught @ O ld Chicago. Clear amber color. No head or lacing. Aroma was caramel and spice. Primarily malt flavor, I was able to feel the heat from the peppercorns in each sip. Overall a good job, any more from the peppercorns and I wouldn’t have liked it as much.

On tap at brewery. Tulip. Appearance: golden in color. Small white head. Aroma: rye is strong. A little sour. Pepper. Taste: slightly sweet. Slight dry finsih. Palate: a little thinner than expected. Fully carbonation. Overall: iterating flavor. Tastes a little homebrewed. Sill good and worth a try.

On tap at rusty bucket. Malty and slighly spicy. Tangy highly carbonated mouthfeel. A bit harsh on the tongue. Unexceptional.

Nice, spicy dry ale with a peppery finish that is both a little unusual and interestingly good as well as a little weird and off-putting as the pint finished. Overall good stuff!

Light, pristine copper pour with a thin ring of white foam. Smells like iron-y water, some faint sweet yeast maybe. Light body, lively light carbonation, clean finish with a bit of heat. Light Belgian yeasty rye flavor with a spicy pepper, and maybe cherry and lemon. wish it was stronger. Nothing that great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
