COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Triomphe: Belgian IPA 6.5% abv 16 oz large tulip glass This beer is made with a classic Belgian style yeast strain that gives the complexity and slight sweetness you may expect from a Belgian style ale, but then reaches deeper providing a smack-down of American hops. Served in a large Tulip glass to capture the and focus the hop aromas.

Can. Pours a golden amber with white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, pine, and can. Taste of hops (nice and sweet) some grass and citrus. Finishes with a nice hops bitter, then some can notes. All in all not to bad. Good mouthfeel. Some lacing on the glass. Would like to try on tap.

Gift of John, gracias amigo. Poured at a great temperature and a mammoth, off white head that lasts for a while. Color was a slightly hazy amber. Aroma was hop, malt, grass. Flavor is malt, hop, slightly dry, grain. Body is full and decent. Finish is of good length and little sign of alcohol.

Sample at Kalamazoo Beer Exchange. Pours a clear amber-orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and yeast. Medium body with flavors of grapefruity hops, yeast and malt. The finish is mildly hoppy with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can. Clear amber, thin head. Strong hop aroma like a traditional IPA but with more sweetness from the yeast. I enjoyed this and would definitely have again.

Pleasant IPA, an American IPA moderated by the Belgian yeast flavour. Light coloured body and light coloured though substantive head. Medium mouthfeel. Pretty good drinkability.

Amber with minimal head. Not quite as hoppy as most IPAs. Slight sweetness to the body.

16 ounce can thanks to Bradley. Big and yeasty. Orange and citrus. Is that different from the other one I had? Ok overall.

UPDATED: NOV 23, 2013 Spicy, almost funky. The hops dont dominate it. HAd it on tap and thought it was a good funky belgian but not quite ipa territory. Can. More metallic and vegetal but a very topical aroma and pleasant bitterness. upped from 3.1.

Pour from can. Tastes sweet, grassy. Mellow on the hops. Smooth and fruity finish.

Had a draft at their brewery. Super fruity and oily sate. No head. Boring. Wouldn't get again
