COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A classic golden ale with esters of banana and bubble gum. This beer pours with a creamy head and ends with a sweetness of light Belgian candi sugars. Our brewmaster aged this ale for an extended period to round out the flavors. A great traditional Belgian brew.

From the can - thanks Sean! Clove, banana, sweet malt, caramel, and some candied sugar on the aroma. Taste is fairly sweet with complimentary clove, some alcohol bite, and caramel/candied sugar. Smooth mouthfeel. Pretty nice.

An aroma of banana, bubblegum, and clementine peel. Appearance is almost like a low viscosity honey with minimal carbonation and nearly non existant head. Taste is sweet, primarily banana and bubblegum with a lingering gentle cane sugar aftertaste balanced with extremely mild citrus peel. Palate is a bit flat, but not terrible. Overall, this beer is very good!

From can. Dark honey color. A few mm of lingering head. Nose is Belgian yeast and maaybe apricot. Nondescript body. Tastes great though--candi sugar, banana, lots of bubblegum on end.

Very sweet taste. Coconut, lemon, bubblegum and zesty. Not a fan of this style but very drinkable. Draft pour at monkey paw

Had at Brewery Vivant's tap room in Grand Rapids with Raith. Like a few of their other beers on tap this was cidery. And I'm a big fan of the style.

A simple too-clean gold. Shockingly subdued aroma; faint hay and mead notes. Mead characteristics also dominate the the flavor - a bit of orange blossom honey, though pointedly drier than mead. A subtle and soft mouthfeel, though residual farmyard, floral, berry, and yeast hints - appreciable complexity. One of the more enjoyable tripels Iíve had. Canít get over the idea that this was just an awesome mead.
