On tap at HopCat. Decent head. Great orange pop color, very cloudy. Sweet citrus scent with floral undertones. Blended citrus, predominantly orange. Lightly malt and semi dry. Full body lasting to the end with little bitterness. Excellent beer!!! Definitely order another!

The yeast really sets this beer apart. With a very unique...kinda funky flavor. I really enjoyed the one of a kind flavor.

This one tastes like grapefruit juice. Decent bitterness, sweet but nowhere near 9% sweet. Alcohol is well-hidden. A great surprise.

Cloudy bronze color with medium head. Excellent, full body. Taste was some sour and some pepper---with a bit too much alcohol. Best that I have had from this brewery!

16oz can...Outstanding rendition of a really big Saison. Complex sour flavor with a bit of alcohol hotness and bitter orange. Reminds me of one of the fantastic offerings from the Jolly Pumpkin. Well done...

Pours pale semi clear big white head. Nose is great with lots of orange some floral qualities some pepper. Very smooth great drinker even at the abv. Lots of things happening on the palate, belgian sweetness, slight pepper citrus again. Great beer, very impressed.

Pours a light golden color from the can. Has a small very white head that quickly dissipates. This beer does not get it tang from carbonation but black pepper. Rather flat and light but crisp. Light orange peel flavor. And this is one of the few American Saison’s that I have ever detected that great funkiness of European versions. The can says limited release. I hope they will make it again!

Can. Cloudy orange with full off white head. Nice flowery smell. Some strong sweet orange taste. The peel gives it a bit of bitterness. Wish I could taste the peppercorn more. I don't like saisons but this is the best one I've had yet. Perfect for 11 am on vacation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Zingermans Roadhouse.

Lovely pour into a large snifter, glowing gold-amber and gently sticky along the sides of the glass. Pineapple and mango aroma, nice sticky winter saison palate, orange peel apparent but peppercorns far backgrounded. Restrained, almost minimal funk but none of the overly-estered American saison flaws that are so common to the style. Delicious.

Draft to tulip at Hop Cat (from notes). Looks good; honey-colored with thin white lacing. Smells sweet and spicy. Tastes like it smells with some banana in there too. Mouthfeel is good too. Good beer!
