(33 cl bottle from Vinens Verden; Lot 2281; BBD: July 7th 2013) Pours a hazy amber with little, white head that laces the glass. Aroma is herbal hoppy with notes of grass and fruity soda pop and a hint of bread. Flavour follows the nose with an emphasis on fresh, herbal hops followed by the fresh, malty sweetness. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, medium body with a short, wet finish. Satisfying - but perhaps leaning towards the amber ale style? Girlfriend says "It’s quite bitter, but the initial taste is nice."

Bottle. Pours a nice golden orange color with a white head. Aroma is fairly hoppy with notes of tropical fruit, like mango and pineapple, some orange and tangerine in there too along with some spicy rye. The flavor follows the nose and is quite balanced, I get the tropical fruits notes again mango and pineapple, some grapefruit, orange and tangerine, sweet malts and some spicy rye. The body is medium with a dry mouth feel. Overall a pretty tasty APA.

Pour slightly hazy light copper, with a small white head. Aroma of pine, grass, slight mango and resin. Taste is rather bitter and dry. Semi-long and bitter aftertaste as well. Average body, with a slightly flat carbonation.

On tap @ Bar SF, Barcelona. This is a bright peach-orange one with a nice medium sized just off-white lacing head. Smells mildly peachy, some nice floral hops, soft citrus and some almost carrot sweetness. Really easy drinking with a light punch from the hops, fruitiness and a semi dry finish. Some near alco warmth in the aftertaste. Really good drinkin’ 06.08.2012

Bottle from GBBF 2012, drunk at home. Amber colour with a slight haze and a lasting beige head. Some hoppiness on aroma, some orange citrus fruit from the NZ hops as well. Good in mouth. Smooth and full. Good balance of malts and hops. Not too bitter on finish. A fullish mouth of kumquat juice in fact. Really rather lovely. The juicy orange citrus fruits is particularly good.
