Malti: Pale, Rye, Caramalt, Crystal, Wheat

Collaboration brew con il birrificio danese Beer Here. Pale ale con malto di segale e luppoli neozelandesi. Amara, secca con uno spiccato aroma fruttato e di resina... Introvabile!

Bottle from Cookie, nicely recommended by staff. Great spicy PA. Aromas of grain, caramel, butter, some citrus. Taste is sweet and bitter, with very long length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Orange, with a frothy head.

Bottled. Pours slightly hazy and golden with a medium sized off-white head. Leaving a fair lacing on the glass. Nose of and caramel, citrus, oranges and piney notes. Sweet flavor with again citrus fruit and caramel. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. Ends up more dry and decent bitter. A nice and solid pale ale. ★★★

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy reddish amber with a small off-white head. Hoppy, citrusy nose - but not overly crisp. Medium body, a slightly sweet fruitiness leading to a dry and bitter finish. 271212

Bottle, Beer Ritz, Leeds. Murky orange pour with a plump off-white head. Aroma was citrus and grassy, piney hop. The flavour was slightly sweet, with some decent fruity notes alongside some sweet malts and good hoppage. Lingering bitter finish. Crisp and very downable. Tidy collaboration this.

Steady, well-balanced nose with spruce, cloves and candy. Flavour is hoppy but not intense with some good underpinning malty sweetness. Finish is long and eminently moreish.

330ml. IBU 50? No shit! This has an excellent bitterness, superb satsuma aroma/taste, sharp long finish. Coriander aroma, and a nice off-orange body with a consistent snow white lacing Quality bottle label too! Bravo!

Tasted from the bottle, in October 2012. Pours of beautiful golden color with a tiny head which dissapears almost immideately. Aroma is pretty strange, maybe even unpleasant - maybe of those nz hops. Taste is better, again having this strange main flavour. Feels like intensly hopped pilsner rather than pale ale. Very unusual experience. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @ Beer Temple. Golden to amber color, hazy. Dense white head. Aroma’s: fruit (reminiscent of Nelson Sauvin, which apparently isn’t in there), some earthy hoppiness, hint of acidity. Flavor: earthy bitter, but quite soft, slightly acidic. Light bodied. Finishes with grain and nicely bitter.
