Bottle 330 ml at home, poured into a tulip glass. ABV 7.6% Bright golden yellow colour, cloudy body. Two fingers of thick white head, with very good retention and spots of lacing left on the glass. Aroma has many floral touches, with citrus nuances coming from the back, a little grainy too. Very appealing. Taste basically follows the aroma, more grainy now, more citrus present as well, earth, light grass. A touch of white pepper on the finish. Mildly bitter with good duration. Medium thin body, average carbonation. Nice dryness on the palate inviting for another sip. Overall quite good, it would be more suitable on a summer -or even just a warm- day but even today matched the evening.

330ml bottle from Beer Ritz, Leeds. My first Brewfist and, well.. it’s ok. Plenty of good spicy lemon yeast, with a peppery aftertaste and even a little weizbier banana emerging, but essentially doesn’t quite hit the high mark.
