Cloudy pale yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma of wine, citrus, tropical fruits, malts. Taste is similar, with some spiciness. Pretty sweet, but its partially balanced with bitterness. Medium body soft carbonation. Not the best one.

Little hazy orange color, white head but quickly disappear. Weak aroma of pine, citrus fruits, light malt and grapes notes. Taste is low to medium bitter, light sweet and sour at finish. Flavor of citrus fruits, raisin and hint of sour grapes. Long bitter aftertaste. Medium body and carbonation. Quite good.

0.33L bottle. Cloudy yellow color with small white head. Lazy citric and fruit, wheat aroma. Alcohol, sour aged lemon, wheat flavors. Bitterness is ok but weird hay mouthfeel after drinking. Grassy. Nothing special.

Draught at La Fine Mousse, 4/24/15
Bronzed-golden body is topped by a flimsy white head, receding to cover quickly. Strong chill-haze but otherwise clear.
Lemons, tangerines and light pineapple notes grace the nose. Not hugely aromatic, but what’s there is pleasant and well-done, leaving traces of light honey and vanilla-flavored dough on the end. No alcohol or flaws and the grape must seems to add a bit of minerality and acidity, though it’s difficult to discern this through the hops.
Zesty and brightly acidic up front, it has a chewy texture that is broken up somewhat by the carbonation and overall dryness of the beer. All of Brewfist’s beers are well-attenuated, not something a lot of breweries can say....Still, enough malt sweetness is added to balance the plethora of citrus flavors and acidity persists, pleasantly on the finish, where it’s joined by a light white grape flavor. Unsure if I am just projecting this since I was aware this had grape must. It’s very possible it’s just another flavor emanating from the complex and funky mosaic hop. Regardless, the amount of adjunct used is very reserved, another thing that Brewfist has done well across all of the beers I tried. Interesting, enjoyable and drinkable with a very complex finish. Rating not really against a general IPA style. This is hoppy, though not in the realm of most modern IPAs. More of an experimental ale, which many of their beers are and which I really enjoy.

Cloudy yellow beer with white half of finger head. Aroma sweet fruit, citrus, sulfur. Taste: A lot of citrus, medium sour, light bitterness. Sour high enough to remind me a wibier. Bitter way to low for 80 IBU, they got to be kidding. Low carbonation, light to medium body, drinkable. Overall: Sessionable Witbier/IPA with a defect-sulfur. Weird, and nothing special.

Hazy yellow with bright white head. Fruity hop aroma with grapefruit and peach. Quite a sharp citrusy flavour with lemon, grapefruit. Refreshingly tangy with a solid, bitter, dry finish.

Fľaša. Zlatá farba, biela pena. Vôňa sladová, kvasnicová, jemne chmeľ a ovocné tóny. Telo prázdne, bez chuti na začiatku, resp. na začiatku čistiaci prostriedok. Neskôr jemne mandarinkové tóny a horkosť chmeľu. Nie dobré pivo, zle vyvážené.

Bottle. Yellow/golden, little hazy with medium, semi-densed, white head. Medium head retention, medicore lacing. The medium aroma of tropical fruits (passion fruit, mango, white grapes, some citrus. The taste is medium bitter, the predominant flavour is topical fruits (ananas, passion fruit), also some sweet malty character. Medium body, slick texture, medium carbonation, finish is light bitter and quite long. In overall very drinkable and nice IPA with dominant tropical fruits and citrus flavours.

Hazy yellow colour with nice head on top and some lacing too. Aroma has citrus and yeast. A bit mild aroma and not that fresh. Taste has flowery notes, grapefruit and yeast. A bit musty ending with lots of bitterness. Medium body with high carbonation. Too much yeast flavours in this IPA.
