Malti: Pale, Rye, Caramalt, Crystal, Wheat

Collaboration brew con il birrificio danese Beer Here. Pale ale con malto di segale e luppoli neozelandesi. Amara, secca con uno spiccato aroma fruttato e di resina... Introvabile!

The aroma is floral and fruity. The taste is fruity, sweet, caramel and slightly bitter towards the end. Quite so heavy bitterness in the aftertaste that fills the front of the mouth for a long while. One of bitter beer for me to like it. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

On tap at the Three Johns Brewfirst TTO, dark amber with a fruity orange and peach nose, bitter, spicy and dry with a faint nuttiness. Dry-bitter finish. Could benefit from a little more fruit carrying through from aroma to body.

Bottled. Pale yellow with medium carbonation. Medical herbs and some citruses and floral aromas. In taste i can feel dominating herbal bitterness plus some fruits medium body is here but i dont like such kind of hoppiness anyway.

On tap at Hoppy Days. Gold pour with thick white head. Aroma is quite hoppy, piney, a bit of caramel, quite dank, slightly old school aroma, grapefruit citrus notes. Taste is super bitter, almost as bitter as the IIPA, a bit too bitter to be truely sessionable but a nice hoppiness none the less. Palate is med bodied with med carbonation. Good.

Draught at The Euston Tap, London on 4 Aug 2012. Poured a cloudy orange colour, with a halo of white head. Aroma of pine, herbs and caramel. Somewhat malty flavour, with orange peal, biscuit and pineapple. Finish was tinned fruit, dry grain and chalk.

Pours cloudy orange-gold with a small white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is dank - no doubt. There is a mild sweetfeed aroma also mixed in with some way too ripe grapefruit. Taste is fruity with a very distinct hop flavor that I can’t quite pin down. The sweetfeed grains come in at the mid and the medium bitter finish lingers onnnnnn..... Like it. Nothing like an Italian/Scandinavian take on an Amercan Pale Ale.
