Bottle from Cookie, nicely recommended by staff. Great spicy PA. Aromas of grain, caramel, butter, some citrus. Taste is sweet and bitter, with very long length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Orange, with a frothy head.

330ml. IBU 50? No shit! This has an excellent bitterness, superb satsuma aroma/taste, sharp long finish. Coriander aroma, and a nice off-orange body with a consistent snow white lacing Quality bottle label too! Bravo!

33cl bottle. It pours a clean golden body with a large soapy white head. Aroma is huge fresh fruity hops with bold notes of persimmon, pineapple and apricots. Taste is nicely bitter, not overdone, with grassy and flowery hops. More sweeter apricots fruity notes in the middle of the mouth and finishes drier and hoppier. Medium mouthfeel with good carbonation. This was a fresh bottle and the result is a superlative beer.

Grandi Beer Here e grandi Brewfist, davvero una American Pale Ale coi fiocchi! Amara, molto all’americana, con retrogusto di resina persistentissimo. Potente!

18-JUN-2012, draft @George & Dragon, during "Un Mare di Birra". Orange with lasting lacing off-white head. Extremely bitter with grape fruit, pine, exotic fruits, and orange peel. Very creamy for an APA. Could easily be an IPA. Fantastic drink.

Bottle. Hazy golden orange amber. Thin white head. Inviting nose - melon, herbs (rosemary/lemongrass?) touch of pissy hop, definite rye spice but not over the top, toasty and subtle. Lovely and juicy, but not cloying - bready malt, touch of saison-esque rye character, tropical fruits, apricot yoghurt, slight orange pith. Soft creamy mouthfeel, but not flat. Amazing mouthfeel actually. Didn’t know what to expect, but this beer is awesome!
