Kald og fin på flaske. Hodet forsvinner ganske fort. Tydelig ufiltrert, herlig metallisk ettersmak. Simcoe? Maltkarakter, mye bitterhet. Litt lite aroma, men ser du etter metallisk bitterhet har du en vinner!

Bottle from Drink! of Fulham. Pours cloudy orange with a thick, well developed and long lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is heavy hops, caramel (extremely pronounced), dried fruits (apricots), spices, alcohol and a hint of toffee. Taste is moderately sweet and a heavy bitterness with a average duration. Medium carbonation and a moderate body.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy, amber colour, big but diminishing head. Slighlty aroma of malts and fruits, should be stronger. Taste is well balanced between maltiness and hops (pine and grapefruit). Bitter and dry finish. Oily texture. Medium body. Tasty, but not outstanding IPA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: SEP 25, 2013 Bottle. A small, dense, light beige head forms over a lightly unclear, dark golden body. The aroma is on the malty side, with caramel tending towards butterscotch. Decent fruityness too. Quite bitter flavor, but I think it’s a bit too much on the malty side. Medium to full body and a pleasant carbonation level, finishing mostly bitter. A quite decent beer, although not my kind of IPA. Rating: 6-4-6-3-13-3.2. 130111
Bottle. It’s an unclear, reddish dark orange beer with a two finger off-white head that lasts. The aroma is quite citrusy, with zest and green pine cones. Some malty notes and a touch of something reminiscent of brett. There’s some sweetness in the flavor, but it’s quite well attenuated. Bitterness and hoppy flavors dominates. Full body, pleasant carbonation. Lasting bitter hop finish. I get the impression I should have had a fresher bottle to rate, but it’s a fine beer anyway. 130913

Copper colour. Aroma is quite caramelly with a bit of orangey citrus. Body is oily, carbonation is low. Sweet, fruity hop flavour with only a light bitterness in the finish. Not bad but on balance it’s too sweet.

6% about 40 NOK, my first beer from this brewery, things look promising. A slightly opaque reddish amber color with a light beige head is the look I want in an IPA. The aroma is mild, caramel & a herbalness, possibly fennel? Not too bitter or sweet, well balanced. A bready nutty quality gives a full body, caramel & the sweet malt character starts you off then the hop bitterness comes in with a floral/herbal bitter taste that lingers in a good way. This beer seems to be telling a story & I like what it is telling me!

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
33cl bottle, served in Shaker. Pours hazy amber with some sediments and a small white frothy head (lasting). Earthy hops, ripe fruits, and a toasty touch on the nose. Quite malty regarding the flavor, caramel-ish and grassy. Sweet palate, not much bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Decent but far from being great.
