Bottle. Black pour. Aroma is spicy, meaty, smokey and roasty. Flavor is quite sweet, chocolate, a bit murky and chemical. Strange brew.

On tap at Open Balladin. Pouts black with a beige head. Sweet with aromas of milk chocolate. Also mellow aromas of toasted malts mixed with hints of burned malts. Soft carbonation. Medium bodied. Pretty much a basic sweet stout.

A clear dark brown colored beer, with a beige head. The aroma of some coffee with dark fruits. The taste of chcolate notes with some coffee, dark sweet fruits. The aftertaste is sweet with a little coffee.

Almost black and a creamy head. Mild creamy aroma, almond, raisins. Bit thin but very drinkable. Rough around the edges. Bit too oily maybe. Well brewed. (Sample from 33cl bottle, thanks Menno!)

Bottle. Aroma is chocolate, cream, roasty malt. Flavour is roast, chocolate, light bitterness. Nice.

(cask) pours a deep black colour with a light brownish tinge and a frothy dark beige head. aroma of milk chocolate, light espresso and toasted malts, raisins, light caramelized cereals and a hint of frozen peas. flavour is mostly hazelnuts and toasted malts, with a hint of caramel and a light sweetness. medium-bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask @ BQ. Almost black with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and milk/lactose. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate,. coffee, milk/lactose, medium sweet, caramel and a little bitter.

Dark brown color, near black, with huge head. Very nice aroma of dark chocolate and roasted nuts, delicate and elegant. The mouthfeel is quite weak, but smooth enough; flavor of caramel with moderate roasted malt, and rather low bitterness.
A pleasant Sweet Stout.
